Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate all marketing, PR, and communications activities and ensure brand quality consistency;
- Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers;
- Manage Social Media outlets to align with marketing strategies;
- Support in membership engagement & retention;
- Help create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for members and guests to facilitate high member satisfaction;
- Building relationships and communication with members regarding all aspects of the membership process and members match up;
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
