The ImpactTALENT Accelerator is a structured 4-month apprenticeship program, scheduled to be launch in May 2025, designed to equip participants with essential skills, practical experience, and professional development opportunities. The program follows a hands-on, immersive learning approach, blending on-the-job training, expert-led workshops, case challenges, and mentorship to ensure participants are fully prepared for the workforce.
